Data we collect
We collect the details you provide when you create an account (name and email), the hotels you add, the reviews and ratings you post, the invoices you upload, and the issue reports you submit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide and improve the platform — showing the hotels and reviews you contribute, managing your account and subscription, and keeping the community trustworthy. Hotel listings and reviews are visible to other crew members; your invoices and account details stay private to you.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can remove your hotels, reviews, and invoices from the app, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us. Once deleted, your data is removed from our active records.
